UEA GROOVES

ALL ABOUT THE GROUP

The Music Society’s own function band performs to a high standard in a range of musical styles and acts as the society's main function band. Unlike other music society groups, this is auditioned for at the beginning of the year looking for all sorts of instruments such as trumpet and saxophone players, singers and more. Grade 8+ preferred. They've recently been seen in multiple venues such as UEA Drama Studio, Sprowston Manor and their favourite end of year gig at Voodoo Daddy's Showroom They are always on the look-out for new faces! Find them after Big Band on a Tuesday evening, 7-9pm in the Strode Room, UEA Music Centre.
